What do insurance reduction courses involve?

Enjoy discounted insurance rates ranging from 20% to 49% upon completion! To receive our certificate of completion, students must achieve 75% in road training and 80% in our online classroom

How long do each driving lesson typically last?

Our driving lessons typically last 2-3 hours, depending on the comfort level of the student. This duration allows the student sufficient time to learn effectively in their environment

Can you help me reduce demerit points?

Yes, we can! We offer an online DDC classroom that takes roughly 6 hours or less to complete. You can remove 3 demerit points every 2 years Contact us for more information

Do you offer pick-up and drop-off services?

Yes, we offer pick-up and drop-off services in Calgary NE and NW. For students interested in lessons but living in the SE and SW or downtown areas, please contact us. Exceptions can be made for those closer to NW and NE. 

Do you provide pick-up and drop-off services in Airdrie , Chestmere / Rocky View County?

Yes, we provide pick-up and drop-off but for additional cost to our services in Airdrie, Cochrane and the Rocky View County Area.

Do you have a refund policy? Some driving schools do not.

Yes, we do have a refund policy, unlike other driving schools!

We offer refunds on all our services, but there is a $60 service fee for no-shows, last-minute cancellations, and refunds on all driving lessons.

If an online classroom coupon has been redeemed after payment and no driving lessons were taken, there will be a $100 charge for the online classroom.

Please note, we reserve the right to refuse services.

May I visit the driving school before enrolling

Our doors are always open for you to visit our driving school and experience our environment. You're welcome to meet our team, explore our facilities, and learn about our programs. Schedule your visit today and take the first step towards becoming a confident driver.

Office visits during our hours are by appointment only!

What is the required notice period for rescheduling driving lessons?

24 Hours notice is requested to reschedule driving lessons,  anything last minute would be subject to an 60$ no show fee. 

We understand if there are emergencies. Life happens; we are humans, not animals!

 

If you're sick, please reschedule your driving lessons. We want to ensure the safety of our driving instructors at all times

Do you accept Interac e-Transfer?

Yes, we accept Interac e-Transfer.

Do you provide manual transmission training?

No, we currently do not offer manual transmission training. Our focus is on providing comprehensive training for automatic transmission vehicles to ensure our students become confident and skilled drivers.

Can I enroll in the insurance reduction course with a Class 5 license?

Yes, you can! For Class 5 (Non-GDL) drivers, enroll in a 6-hour driving lesson and 15-hour classroom course.

For Class 7, the Basic plan includes a minimum of 10 hours of driving lessons and 15 hours online classroom

What is the timeframe to complete this training?

The online classroom course takes roughly 15 hours or less to complete and remains valid for 90 days until it automatically expires.

For driving lessons, students have 90 days from their first session.

Additional accommodations can be made for schedule changes due to family issues, last-minute travels, etc. Please contact us via phone or email to inform our instructors

How do I complete the online classroom?

The online classroom is open 24/7 through web browsers, so you can continue where you left off at any time. Complete the course modules and take the open-book final test, with up to three attempts to achieve at least 80%. If you do not pass within these attempts, you will need to repurchase access to the course.

What do I need to begin driving lessons?

1. Positive Attitude: Approach lessons with a readiness to learn and improve.
2. Personal Hygiene: Ensure good personal hygiene to maintain a comfortable environment.

3. Class 7 Learner’s License: A valid Class 7 learner’s license is required to start.

By meeting these requirements, you'll be well-prepared to succeed in your driving lessons.
